So an evening with us doesn't look like a function room — it looks like one people talk about for a long time.

The space
From a relaxed get-together to a company party to a night of dancing: we set up Hannelore for your evening. Reception, seated area, dance floor, DJ, presentation or simply the bar — the space plays along.
During the week, the whole house is yours. On Fridays and Saturdays the bar stays open to the public, so you book individual areas. Whether the whole house is possible on a weekend, we're happy to discuss with you.
Drinks & food
HANNELORE is known for creative cocktails and a wide range of drinks: signature drinks and classics, long drinks, fine spirits, wine, sparkling wine, beer and alcohol-free drinks — mixed by bartenders who love their craft. For your evening we put together a selection from our menu with you, to suit the occasion.

What and how much depends on the number of guests, the occasion and your budget. More extensive catering is organised with our catering partners — or you bring your own caterer. Our tip for larger groups: a flying dinner — everyone keeps moving, and the food is still good.

Costs & booking
For events we work with a minimum spend instead of a room hire fee. What it looks like depends on your evening:

- Additional extras booked
Bar, service and washing-up are covered — there are no extra staff costs for them. Security, hosts, DJs, shows or restroom attendants are offered separately if needed. The minimum spend and everything it includes is set out transparently in your personal offer.
